  14. I have recently read about the rape and "disappearance" of several women in
  15. the Vilina Vlas -hotel near Visegrad. Many of the victims were teenage girls.
  16. I urge you to immediately fully and impartially investigate the fate of these
  17. women and to see too that those responsible are brought to justice.
